Our room was clean and comfortable. The beds were nice and firm which was perfect. The breakfast options are fresh waffles, muffins, croissants, and cereal options. There is milk and juice as well. There is a very nice and spacious dining room. Close to public transportation and shuttle service provided by the hotel. They decorated for Christmas and it's so beautiful There are some restaurants in walking distance and some stores for basic food and drinks items. The bathroom was one that made showers and baths so enjoyable.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They answered questions and offered much more compassion than most. The breakfast was so good with multiple options to choose from. My family and my had a double room. The whole bathroom was new. From sink, shower and tile, toilet, and even the vanity around the bathroom set no area.

Great AC, windows can be opened when fresh air is needed, literally next door to "Big Boy" restaurant where on the weekend one can eat all they want at the breakfast buffet, with large selection of items... Coffee is complimentary in the lobby 24/7. Shuttles runs to and from the airport every half hour around the clock.

It was OK... more cleaning around light fixtures and TV had fingerprints all over. Remote did not work to tv. Other than that, it was fair price.
